Evidence Filters: only the evidence you want

Set your feed to the evidence you want: presets, specialty, AI curation, timeline, evidence levels and journal quartiles, down to single journals.

Step by step

1. Tap the filter at the top of your feed.
2. Pick a preset. Everything new: every paper from the past week.
3. Balanced: Levels 1 to 3, in Q1 and Q2 journals.
4. Practice-changing: only Level 1, in Q1 journals, from the past month.
5. Specialty sets your field.
6. AI curated ranks by evidence, journal and recency. Off means newest first.
7. Personalize learns from what you read.
8. Timeline runs from a week to a year. Sort picks which end to start from.
9. Tap the evidence levels you want. Hold one to see what it means.
10. Level 1 is the strongest evidence, Level 5 the weakest.
11. Same for journal quartiles. Q1 is the top quarter.
12. Hold Q1 to pick the exact journals you want.
13. Tap Done, and your feed updates.
