Detailed Summary: AI summary of the full paper

Generate an AI summary of the whole paper, not just the abstract: bottom line, key numbers, design, results, harms and cautions.

Step by step

  1. Every paper shows its evidence level, its journal quartile, and whether the full text is free.
  2. Share it, or save it for later.
  3. Tap the DOI to open it at the journal.
  4. Below is the full abstract.
  5. Scroll to the end of the paper.
  6. Would this change your practice? Vote, then see how your peers voted.
  7. Then get a summary of the full paper, a podcast of it, or read the full text.
  8. Tap Generate full text summary. Choose Full text for the whole paper, or the abstract for a quick one.
  9. It reads the whole paper. You can leave, and we'll notify you when it's ready.
  10. It takes about a minute.
  11. And here it is.
  12. The summary sits at the top of the paper. It starts with the bottom line.
  13. Then the key numbers: effect sizes, with their confidence intervals.
  14. Then the clinical question, the study design, and the comparison.
  15. Then endpoints, results, harms, strengths, and what to be careful about.
