Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Web of Medicine offers paid subscription plans (for example Ad-Free, Plus, and Pro), billed on a monthly or annual basis. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price, billing interval, and features of each plan are shown on our Pricing page before you pay.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, open your account billing settings on the website, or email us at rishabhkumar@webofmedicine.ai. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. You keep access to paid features until the period ends.

3. Refunds

Because access to the Service begins immediately and continues for the full period you have paid for, we do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once a payment has been made. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

We will, however, review and issue a refund where it is genuinely warranted — for example a duplicate charge, a charge caused by a technical error, or being billed after a timely cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at rishabhkumar@webofmedicine.ai with your account email and the payment details, and we will investigate.

4. How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, after which the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Purchases Made Through the Mobile Apps

If you subscribed inside our iOS or Android app, that purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and any refund or cancellation for it is governed by that store’s own policies and must be requested through your App Store or Google Play account.
