These terms govern your use of the TNM Cancer Staging app. By using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own professional reference and education. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app or its data.
Educational reference
The app summarises the TNM classification and stage-oriented management for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for the official AJCC manual, clinical guidelines, or independent clinical judgment.
Intellectual property and sources
The app and its design are owned by Web of Medicine. TNM is a classification of the AJCC and UICC; content is compiled from published editions and literature for reference.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web of Medicine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical outcome, arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web of Medicine operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
