Stereotactic body radiation therapy ([[SBRT]]) has transformed the management of [[oligometastatic]] [[non-small cell lung cancer]] (NSCLC), shifting the paradigm from palliative care to metastasis-directed therapy (MDT). Defined typically as ≤5 extracranial sites, this state allows for local ablative therapy to improve survival and delay systemic resistance, particularly when integrated with targeted therapies and immunotherapy [12, 15].
