Scores Terms of Use
Effective June 21, 2026Scores is a reference aid, not a substitute for clinical judgment. Calculator outputs and interpretation bands are for reference only. Always verify against current guidelines and exercise independent clinical judgment.
These terms govern your use of the Scores app. By using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scores for your own professional reference. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app or its data.
Accounts
You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Purchases
Scores uses a one time in-app purchase to unlock the full calculator catalog. There is no subscription. Non-premium users get a rotating free subset of calculators. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and you can restore the purchase on a new device with the same Apple ID. Intellectual property and sources
The app and its design are owned by Web of Medicine. Calculator logic and references are compiled from published clinical literature and standard scoring systems, each shown with its source on the calculator detail screen.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web of Medicine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical outcome, arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web of Medicine operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
