Scores Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026

This policy explains what the Scores app collects, why, and the choices you have. Scores is a reference tool for clinicians, and we keep data collection to what the app needs to work and to improve.

Information we collect

  • Account email. Collected only if you sign in with Apple or Google. Sign in with Apple may use a private relay email, which we accept.
  • Profile. Your specialty and medical role, if you choose to provide them, for personalized recommendations.
  • Identifiers. An account identifier so favourites and premium can sync to your account.
  • Favourites and ratings. Calculators you save, and a rating if you choose to leave one.
  • Purchase status. Whether you hold the premium unlock, received from Apple through the store.

What we do not do

We do not track you across other apps or websites, we use no advertising identifiers or third-party advertising software, and we do not sell your data.

How we use information

To run and improve the app, to process and restore purchases, to deliver only what you opt into, and to answer support requests.

Service providers

We share the minimum needed with providers that run parts of the service: Google Firebase (authentication and the Firestore database for profile, favourites, and sync), and Apple and Google (sign in and purchases). Each processes data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account and its data inside the app, under Settings. Usage records are kept only in aggregate with the account identifier removed.

Children

Scores is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using standard transport security, and access to stored data is restricted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. The fastest path is in-app account deletion. You may also contact us for any request.
