Isodose RT Privacy Policy
Effective June 21, 2026This policy explains what the Isodose RT app collects, why, and the choices you have. Isodose RT is a reference tool for clinicians, and we keep data collection to what the app needs to work and to improve.
Information we collect
- Account email. Collected only if you sign in with Apple or Google, or if you choose to share your email as a guest to receive update alerts. Sign in with Apple may use a private relay email, which we accept.
- Identifiers. An account identifier and a per-session identifier so the app can save your settings and understand usage.
- Usage data. In-app events such as which constraints you open, which calculators you use, delineation views, favourites, and paywall steps. For search we record only the length of the query and the number of results, not the text.
- Purchase status. Whether you hold an active subscription or a lifetime unlock, received from Apple through RevenueCat. We never see card or payment details.
- Notifications. If you opt in, a device push token and your alert preferences.
What we do not do
We do not track you across other apps or websites, we use no advertising identifiers or third-party advertising software, and we do not sell your data.
How we use information
To run and improve the app, to process and restore purchases, to deliver only what you opt into, and to answer support requests.
Service providers
We share the minimum needed with providers that run parts of the service: Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat and Apple (purchases and subscription status), Apple and Google (sign in), and the Expo push service (notifications you opt into). Each processes data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account and its data inside the app, under Settings. Usage records are kept only in aggregate with the account identifier removed.
Children
Isodose RT is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using standard transport security, and access to stored data is restricted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. The fastest path is in-app account deletion. You may also contact us for any request.
