Ad specifications
Web of Medicine and Cancer Staging are one platform for doctors: a research feed, Video Abstracts, podcasts and a weekly digest email in Web of Medicine, and staging and management tools in Cancer Staging. Sponsored content is shown to healthcare professionals only, and is always labelled “Sponsored”.
Every ad opens your sponsor page inside the app first: your text, an image, references, a button to your website and, if you want them, callback requests from doctors. Below is what we need for each format.
How submission works
- Upload each piece in your sponsor hub, at the private link we email you.
- Automatic checks run on it in under a minute.
- You get an email either way: approved, or exactly what to fix.
- Approved pieces go live once the month is paid.
Feed card
A full-screen card in the swipe feed, between papers (Web of Medicine, Cancer Staging, Ask AI results and Video Abstracts).

Images are checked against the sizes above: within 3% of the shape, and at least 90% of the width.
Rules
- Every piece needs your medical, legal and regulatory approval code.
- Claims must be referenced on your sponsor page.
- Content is for healthcare professionals.
- No patient-identifiable information.
- Never imitate our editorial content.
- We never change your creative: we either approve it or tell you exactly what to fix.
